Our Cedar Suet Logs are made of Solid Northern White Cedar. There may be splits & cracks, but this is normal and won’t harm the feeder. All bark has been removed and the log roughened. Made of recycled logs from cut-offsat a local furniture factory! Four holes in this log fit any suet plugs on the market , and arealso perfect for Bark Butter or peanut butter.

The cedar logs may have cracks when you get them. If they dont, you can expect themto crack as they dry. The cracking stops at the core and will not split the log in half. This adds a rustic appearance to the logs. Make the cracks functional! Fill them with Bark Butter, peanut butter, leftover suet, or nuts.
